Visiting a new church doesn’t have to be uncomfortable.
What to Expect
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces ready to help you find your way. Whether it’s your first time in church or your first time in a long time, you won’t be singled out or put on the spot.
We value hospitality, not pressure.
What Is a Service Like?
Our services are traditional and centered on God’s Word.
You can expect:
Congregational singing rooted in biblical truth
Practical, Bible-centered messages that help you understand God’s Word and live it out daily.
A focused atmosphere that encourages worship
We believe worship should point people to God — not to personalities or performance.
Our Pastor
Pastor Leejay Richards serves Naperville Baptist Church with a clear commitment to God’s Word and a heart for faithful ministry.
Pastor Richards was saved at the age of 13 through the bus ministry of his church in Anderson, IN. Shortly after his salvation, God began working in his heart and calling him to preach. Responding to that call, he pursued biblical training and enrolled at Providence Baptist College in 2021, graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Theology.
During his college years, God steadily shaped his burden for church planting. That burden became more focused while interning under Pastor Phil Cavanaugh at Northwest Bible Baptist Church (Elgin, IL), where God clearly impressed upon him that Naperville was the place He was leading his family to serve.
Pastor Richards and his wife, Julie, were married in 2023 and are blessed with one daughter, Everly. Together, they desire to serve faithfully, share the truth of Scripture, and help build a church rooted deeply in God’s Word for generations to come.
